Coastal Delicacy

During my internship at Alexander Wang, I was challenged to design a Spring/Summer collection that honored the brand’s core identity while introducing fresh, forward-thinking ideas. Drawing inspiration from Wang’s Chinese heritage, I integrated fine china motifs to bring a sense of cultural richness and visual intricacy to the collection. I introduced new luxury through elevated silhouettes that celebrated the female form in a way the brand had not previously explored. In addition to designing the collection, I priced each piece for the finance team, aligning creative vision with commercial strategy. This project was awarded the Academy Scholarship in recognition of its innovation and cohesive execution
